Did a bunch of research prior to buying my pit. I have not cooked on any other than a Klose. I came close to buying a Lang, but I saw both the Lang and the Klose up and personal. The Klose was much better built IMHO than the Lang. Bo th the owners of the Lang and the Klose like their cookers, but I liked the craftmanship of the Klose.
