There is a book that has about many styles of
brick
barbecue pit designs.You can find this book at the
library. Klose BBQ Pits also makes pits that set
down on a pattern of brick that you can stone-face

The older Sunset Barbecue Books have plans for many
different types of grills and Qs. The 195O/51 "Sunset

ing or pouring your own concrete or sealers for
your brick pit, Forget the quick-crete and get portland,
sand and fire clay from your local building supply house.
They will give you the proper amounts of each to use. The
mixture will be v
ery sticky to use but it will not
explode when the pit is fired up. That is the same
