What can I say. If you look at the picture there are seven
people standing on top of this pit. Weight: 34,350 Pounds

Capacity: 6,000 pounds of meat. Feeds 12,000 people
Diameter: 60" by 48 ft. long with an insulated firebox
Cooks: 24 Hours on a 1/4 of a cord of wood
With: 16 doors, and 16 stainless thermometers,
eight fold down smokestacks, two fold-up walkways.

#2)  Texas Lil's 2004 World's Record Mobile Smoker

      36 thermometers, 20 Special Lightweight Doors,
                     5 Folding Lockable Smokestacks.
To the top of the red smokestack was 34 feet.
Climb up there in a 35MPH Wind to paint the stack red. This job don't pay enough sometimes.
