Stainless Steel RIB RACKS ORDER ONLINE SOON AT

In the constant quest for better made products, & after many
requests over the past ten years to do so, I finally took the
plunge, and had a trail run of hundreds of rib racks custom made
for me this past week. The design for these commercial grade rib
racks are a compilation of the many ideas and suggestions that
had been presented to me by some of the largest caterer's in
the U.S.A.
These rib racks are constructed of 3/32" solid stainless steel round
stock.
They are twice the thickness of any rib racks I have seen
thus far, & extremely strong.
I designed them with taller side supports, and angled them 20 degrees
to one side. Caterer's I spoke with all agreed this would keep the ribs
from curling and touching each other during cooking, allowing for better
heat and smoke convection around the meat, while using less vertical space
in the pit. These racks will allow up to five full slabs of either spare
ribs or baby backs, or approximately half a case of ribs. The dimensions
of the racks are 11" x 9-1/2" x 5" to provide more than enough support,
ease of handling, and balance when loaded with ribs. There is also a full
2" of space between each side support.
The design of these rib racks make them perfect for use in the 30", 36", 42",
and 48"
diameter Commercial smokers, with 8 foot to 12 foot long main cooking chambers.
Six loaded rib racks will fit on each pullout shelf of an eight foot long smoker,
thus increasing your capacity to 30 slabs per shelf. You are going to love it.
To give you an idea of what you can gain using this design of rib rack, let's use a
popular medium sized smoker that we manufacture as an
example.
The "Rock's Restaurateur and Catering Wagon" has 102 Sq. Feet of cooking area.
Using these rib racks, it will now hold 180 slabs of ribs in the main chamber
and another 120 slabs in the 36" X 36" vertical upright chamber on the four
pullout shelves. That is a ton of ribs, even for me. The larger diameter 42"
and 48" smokers will hold considerably more than that. For further information

This easy step charcoal basket allows you to fill with charcoal, light one end,
and walk away for more than 6-1/2 hours, without having to tend the fire.
Just fill ¾ full of regular or hardwood charcoal. You can also place wood chips
or chunks or small logs at the beginning, middle, & end of the burn area for
placing smoke into the meats at the best times during the cooking cycle.
Pour 1/3 of lit chimney of charcoal into charcoal basket at one end, and slide
the lit end into the firebox first, closest to main chamber of your smoker.
Cut air intake & smokestack back to 1/2, & operate smoker at 250 degrees for about 6 hours.
