adjustable air-shield.

This Pit comes with Dual 4-1/2" smokestacks with
adjustable top lids
to control
your smoke depth in the meat. There is a
heat-shield between
the firebox &
main chamber, as well as a
2" steel
drain on the smokestack
end. You can pour a few gallons of water in the
main
chamber steam
& moisturize while you are smoking, then drain it
out through
the capped
drain, thus self-cleaning the pit. Air Cooled Stainless
Steel Handles &
SS Thermometers.
