do with your awesome pit. The Backyard Chef has been an amazing pit
holding temperatures rock solid for those extended brisket and shoulder
cooking times, the craftsmanship is simply superb! In fact, at the
Minnesota in May Barbecue Contest we took first place in both brisket
and pork butt and overall were Reserve Grand Champions. This is why it
was such a no-brainer to go with a Klose pit for my new mobile. I can't
wait to get down there in April and pick it up! Keep up the great work

The “Smokin Bones” team generated just over
$10,000 in our donation jars over a two day run. In addition, we won
3rd place in brisket (out of 73 entries – with a prize of $500 that we
donated back to the scholarship fund) and 1st place in ribs (out of 118
entries - which paid $1,400 that we donated back to the charity as
